Video Conference System, TBV-AUA0217 a sturdy 4K Under-Desk Table Box and Multi-Format video HDBaseT Extender Transmitter unit, supports USB 2.0 pass-thru, HDCP 1.4 protection, auto power saving, audio embedding, IR extension and IR/ Serial control. Rextron Table Box, under desk video conference system, provides AV connectivity for most of the communication connection types the computer hookups needed, which includes HDMI, DP (option), VGA, Audio, USB, and Serial. Housed in a compact form factor, the multi-format AV interfaces support intelligent AV switching and the video extension functions, TBV-AUA0217 allows laptops to be easily connected to the system making Rextron Video Conference System the perfect addition to boardroom table. 

The Video Conference system is designed with video inputs and outputs at both front and rear panels and is suitable for under-the-table system installation such as lecture hall, conference room or boardroom.  Comprising a compact Transmitter and Receiver (recommendable Receiver models: EVBMR-107R at 70M ) pair, it can be installed in minutes and requires no special programming.

TBV-AUA0217 table box, multi-format video HDBaseT Extender Transmitter, provides comprehensive EDID management, such as Auto Learning, factory default and EDID Copy modes to ensure that every incoming video source is displayed at the optimal resolution and format without compatibility issue. It also enables users to copy or learn EDIDs automatically from the connected displays or monitors via EDID button pressing. For users' convenience, the Copy EDID method can be achieved from either remote or local site.

Unique Video Auto-Switching function

The multi-format video Extender Transmitter allows users to switch between six video sources which includes four 4K HDMI, one 4K DisplayPort and one 1080p VGA accompanying with analog stereo audio, and then delivers the selected video source to both local and remote sides. The “ input auto detecting” function always routes the last connecting source (as first priority) to the output. Video Conference System, TBV-AUA0217, provides 3 extra modes for input source selection including Manual mode, Auto mode, and Priority mode.

• Switch mode: the input sources can be selected thru on-panel buttons, RS-232 serial or IR remote control.

• Auto mode: the last inserted source is automatically selected.

• Priority mode: Input source selected based on the priority level.

TBV-AUA0217 table box supports various ways of control that can be done thru front-panel buttons, IR remote or RS-232 serial control. The RS-232 serial control, built-in RJ-11 serial interface for DB9 to RJ11 cable, with Graphical User Interface (GUI) function provides users easy and friendly operation. It is perfect for public broadcasting, exhibitions, retail stores, courtrooms, bus stations, airports, education, military, office, meeting room, control room, digital signage, or the factories applications. The IR extension function supports full frequency range IR signals from 38KHz up to 56KHz. There’s also an IR sensor window designed with great aesthetic and efficiency to quickly and accurately control this unit. Furthermore, the distance between the emitter head and the IR port on the unit may be extended to provide users a flexible and easy way in IR control system installation (maximum 3 meters IR extension cable can be purchased separately).

The Video Conference System Table Box HDBaseT Extender Transmitter also provides 3 DC outputs that can power up 3 individual AV devices. They include one always-on DC 12V output and the second DC 12V and one 5V output that can be controlled via external trigger to fulfill synchronized power distribution. These DC outputs can provide a maximum output current of 1.0 A. And for higher power rating applications, user may apply Rextron's DC sharer (model: DCSHR-TM100) if higher power or different voltages is needed.


Power over Cable ( PoC ) enables the transfer of DC power over a single Ethernet cable to a distance of up to 100 meters. Thus, single power supply at either end of the extender units, the PoC function is especially useful in the condition when there’s no available power socket at certain side.
