HDBaseT signal can not pass through via ethernet hub switch, it only can support the point-to-point connection, therefore if you connect your HDBaseT products to a ethernet hub switch you can not get the video on your monitor. If you need extend via ethernet hub switch or Matrix operation to your computers or media players, you could consider to use Rextron IP Extender to achieve it.

This allows you to directly connect an HDBaseT transmitter to the projector, eliminating the need for an HDBaseT Extender Receiver.
Please refer the user manual, connect Rextron's transmitter to the device, and connect Rextron's receiver to the display device. Confirm the connection between the transmitter and the receiver. Power up the extenders by the power adaper. Turn on all the devices to display video at the remote side.
