Yes, Most Rextron HDBaseT Extender can support the Phantom Power function. The user could power up the whole system with single power adapter on transmitter site or receiver site. If the user has requirement to power up others HDBaseT PoH product from PSE device or PD device, please select EVBMR-M210 or EVBMR-M310ES.
The HDBaseT KVM Extender is more than common KVM extender. Most KVM traditional solutions only provide keyboard and mouse connectivity enables simple control of basic desktop operations not offer USB connectivity even for USB devices. By integrating Valens technology & Rextron USB technology, user could experience uncompressed high definition video and high speed USB 2.0 connectivity like web cameras, hard drives, USB printer, USB scanner etc. Rextron USB over HDBaseT technology enables a rich experience while simplifying the connection from home connectivity to interactive digital signage, medical, industrial automation.
HDBaseT signal can not pass through via ethernet hub switch, it only can support the point-to-point connection, therefore if you connect your HDBaseT products to a ethernet hub switch you can not get the video on your monitor. If you need extend via ethernet hub switch or Matrix operation to your computers or media players, you could consider to use Rextron IP Extender to achieve it.
Rextron HDBaseT Extender Transmitters and Receivers typically built in LED status indicators that can help you to identify any issues. a. Lights up green or red when powered (depending on the transmitter or receiver) b. It lights up blue when the Tx and Rx are correctly connected c) HDCP compliance indication lights up in purple when the display does not support HDCP.
Yes, An HDBaseT transmitter can be paired with the HDBaseT-integrated projectors, and the technology is evolving to better accommodate IT/AV devices. Several worldwide famous manufacturers projectors with an integrated HDBaseT receiver and HDBaseT port. This allows you to directly connect an HDBaseT transmitter to the projector, eliminating the need for an HDBaseT Extender Receiver.
Please refer the user manual, connect Rextron's transmitter to the device, and connect Rextron's receiver to the display device. Confirm the connection between the transmitter and the receiver. Power up the extenders by the power adaper. Turn on all the devices to display video at the remote side.
HDBaseT is the global standard for the transmission of ultra-high-definition video & audio, Ethernet, controls, USB and up to 100W of power over a single, long-distance, cable. For audiovisual, consumer electronics, and even industrial PCs, this can be a simple category cable (Cat6 or above), for up to 100m/328ft. For medical and government applications, optical fiber is usually preferred, spanning several kilometers. For automotive, HDBaseT can be transmitted over a single unshielded twisted pair (UTP), for up to 15m/50ft, or any other commonly used media (such as STP, HSD, coaxial and fiber).
