DisplayPort Extender with Fiber Optic, FVPS-M033, consists of a Transmitter (Host) and a Receiver (Device) unit that allows you to extend 4K DisplayPort video/ Audio/ IR/ RS-232 signals over SC S-M Fiber Optic Cabling. It transmits 4K DisplayPort video up to 10 kilometers (32800 ft) through a single SC Duplex Single-Mode fiber cable in a point to point configuration.This 4K DisplayPort Fiber Optic Extender supports most popular signal resolutions up to 4K 30Hz at (4:4:4) color sampling and is ideal for the most demanding applications.

2-Way Audio with Unique Audio Embedding/ De-Embedding Function

Bi-directional audio extension function is activated and can independently transmit 2-way audio signal from the DisplayPort Extender with Fiber Optic Transmitter unit to the DisplayPort Extender with Fiber Optic Receiver unit, and vice versa. Audio embedder/ extractor function can independently transmit the audio signal from the Transmitter unit to the Receiver unit, embed audio from a 3.5-mm source to a DisplayPort signal or extract DisplayPort audio to a 3.5mm stereo audio, which provides the second audio transmission channel that would be beneficial for the content creator in video postproduction or audio broadcasting with the installation of home cinema amplifier.
