VSDA-S801, DVI Switch, is 8 ports DVI Switch and allows users to switch between 8 DVI+Audio sources and then delivers the selected video stream to one DVI+Audio output device (Monitor/ Projector). You can select the desired input source via the IR remote control within the range of 5 meters or push button located on the switch.
EDID Copy functions allow the DVI Switch either to read the necessary EDID information from the switch unit itself or to copy EDID from the EDID compliant monitor, which ensures that every video source is displayed at the optimal resolution and format without any compatibility issue.
VSDA-S801, DVI Switch, supports various ways of control that can be done thru front-panel buttons, IR remote control or RS-232 serial. The RS-232 serial control, built-in DB9-F serial interface, provides users easy and friendly operation. There’s also an IR sensor window at the front panel designed with great aesthetic and efficiency to quickly and accurately control this unit.
Moreover, DVI Switch, VSDA-S801 come with rack mountable size and can be easily mounted on the rack for space saving (Mounting brackets required). This flexible solution that accommodates multiple digital video displays is especially suitable for applications of public broadcasting.
