VKSM-12, 2 Ports HDMI Splitter with EDID, distributes HDMI video out to 2 TV/ Projector. EDID Auto Learning and EDID Copy functions allow the HDMI Splitter either to read the necessary EDID information from the unit itself or to copy EDID from the EDID compliant monitor, i.e., separately learning of Audio and Video EDID, which ensures that every video source is displayed at the optimal resolution and format without any compatibility issue.
HDMI Splitter with EDID, VKSM/ VKSMA series broadcast the same HDMI signals from one HDMI source to 2/4/8 HDMI compatible outputs respectively and the broadcast can be expanded significantly when several splitters are cascaded together. Depending on the length and cable quality, this fully HDCP compliant splitter supports display resolutions up to 4K 3840 x 2160 @ 30Hz (4:4:4). There is no need for software or interface card installation. Just connect the cables, power up the system and you are ready to have duplicated video images for multiple monitors with excellent clarity.
