EVBM-K1017R extends the signals of HDMI video, audio, Two-way IR, and PoH up to 35 meters (115t) at 4K 30Hz or 70 meters (328ft) at 1080P via a single category cable in a point-to-point configuration. It also features power saving function and unique user friendly OSD menu displaying input/output setting, and audio/system control.

The HDMI output port on EVBM-K1017R can present Remote Video(s) coming from the Tx and the switching can be simply achieved by button pressing. 70M HDMI Receiver Unit, EVBM-K1017R 4 input buttons on the front panel enable the remote video source selection with the video streaming coming from the Tx unit (Tx unit with multi-video-input features is recommendable, say, EVBMC-1471LA1, EVBMV-1371LA1, EVBM-1371L, TBV-AUA0217, or EVBMC-A1371WL). The integrated Scaler ensures reliable 1080p (up to 4K) output regardless of the input and the Auto EDID configuration function ensures the optimized resolution.

EVBM-K1017R supports various ways of control that can be done thru front-panel buttons, RS-232 serial (built-in RJ-11 serial interface for DB9 serial to RJ11 cable), OSD or IR remote control. There’s an IR sensor window at the front panel designed with great aesthetic and efficiency to quickly and accurately control this unit. It is a unique feature often used in combination at home theater or the system integration application. The bi-directional IR extension function supports full frequency range from 38KHz up to 56KHz. Furthermore, the distance between the emitter head and the IR port on the unit may be extended to provide users a flexible and easy way in IR control system installation (maximum 3 meters IR cable length can be purchased separately).
