VSVA-ED801, VGA Switch, is a 8 ports VGA Switch with 3.5mm Audio and allows users to switch between 8 VGA+Audio sources and then delivers the selected video stream to one VGA+Audio output device (Monitor/ Projector). You can select the desired input source via the IR remote control within the range of 5 meters or push button located on the switch.

EDID Copy functions allow the VGA Switch either to read the necessary EDID information from the switch unit itself or to copy EDID from the EDID compliant monitor, which ensures that every video source is displayed at the optimal resolution and format without any compatibility issue.
8 Ports VGA Video Switch, VSVA-ED801 provides 3 extra modes for input source selection including Manual mode, Auto mode, and Priority mode. The input sources selection mode can be carried out thru the front panel button setting or serial setting:
- Switch mode: the input sources can be selected thru on-panel buttons, RS-232 serial or IR remote control.
- Auto mode: the last inserted source is automatically selected.
- Priority mode: Input source selected based on the priority level.
VSVA-ED801, VGA Video Switch, supports various ways of control that can be done thru front-panel buttons, IR remote control or RS-232 serial. The RS-232 serial control, built-in 2.5mm jack to DB9 serial interface, provides users easy and friendly operation. There’s also an IR sensor window at the front panel designed with great aesthetic and efficiency to quickly and accurately control this unit.
Moreover, VGA Switch, VSVA-ED801 comes with rack mountable size and can be easily mounted on the rack for space saving (Mounting brackets required). This flexible solution that accommodates multiple digital video displays is especially suitable for applications of public broadcasting.
