The Aviation and Maritime KVM Switch (QSK-AERO series) lets you control four DP computers with one USB keyboard and mouse, and duplicate your screen output on two monitors. You can easily switch between the four computers using the user-friendly hotkey function and the push buttons on the KVM switch. There is also a serial port connection with a selection of eight baud rates between 9,600 and 115,200.

The QSK-AERO60 is an economical KVM solution for aviation and maritime applications. It supports EDID at a resolution of 2048 x 2048/1:1, making it ideal for use with air traffic control, aviation and maritime radar. Instead of buying an expensive radar display, users can purchase a low-cost PC display and install the KVM switch between the display and the video source device to accurately display the 1:1 aspect ratio.

The Multi View function enables users of the QSK-AERO60 aviation and maritime KVM switch to operate four computers and select one, two or four video sources, displaying the video stream identically on two monitors. The built-in Multi View video processor can create a picture-by-picture (PbP) image with any type of display and provide various video layouts and control methods. The QSK-AERO60 allows a split-screen presentation from four different video sources and supports seamless switching. It forms an undistorted, uncut image and keeps the aspect ratio in multi-window setups.

Audio Function

A unique tracking system enables the Audio devices to be operated independently or concurrently. For example, Audio tracking function allows KVM Switch users to decide whether or not the audio switching follows the computer switching. It is useful for users to enjoy the wonderful music of another PC while working on the current computer.

Features a built-in USB HID & USB 3.0 Hub

The Rextron KVM USB Hub supports USB peripherals sharing without any software or driver installation. The Real-time USB HID ports give you an amazing seamless HID switching experience and the USB 3.2 Gen 1 port provide excellent 5 Gbps I/O speed. USB Hub is Mac, Linux, Chrome, and Windows 8 (or later version) supported.

Mouse Roaming Functionality and Customizable Buttons

When PCs are connected to the QSK-AERO60 and Multi-View is enabled, users can easily switch between PCs by moving the mouse cursor across the borders between the four PC windows. This allows users to switch the keyboard, mouse and USB/audio devices to a different PC. The customizable buttons on the wheel mouse, including the forward and backward buttons and the scroll wheel, can also be used for KVM operation, such as port switching, KM (console) settings and sub-screen settings.

Serial Control (RS-232 & Virtual Com)

Built-in RJ-11 serial interface (for DB9 to RJ11 cable) and USB-C Virtual Com port provide users easy and friendly KVM operation. KVM Switch’s built-in serial interface allows users to control the unit through a PC, serial controller devices or home theater system. Function of switching via serial command on Rextron KVM switch is especially designed for industrial control and communication purposes to enhance the functionality of KVM Switch and serial devices management.

Serial Device Configuration

The RS-232 serial switching function on the 4-Port KVM Switch is designed for industrial control and communication purposes, enhancing the functionality of KVM and serial device management while eliminating the need to connect each serial device to an ASCII terminal or PC individually.
